This agreement commenced in 2022 and has been renewed for a further four years (2026-2029).
Institutions participating in the SANLiC/Wiley agreement have access to over 1 400 subscription-based journal titles published in the Wiley Online Library. Affiliated authors can also publish in Wiley’s hybrid journals without paying article processing charges (APCs). If a hybrid journal flips to gold between 2026-2029, researchers will still publish OA articles in these journals without paying APCs.

Number of included articles
There is no limit on the number of articles that can be published open access in the Wiley hybrid journals by authors affiliated with participating institutions. For Gold journals, publishing for free will be paused when the fund limit is exhausted.
